DetailsThe national treasure "Choju-Giga" is one of the most famous works in the history of Japanese painting that everyone has seen at least once. In this exhibition, all the scenes of all four volumes of Kou, Otsu, Hei, and Ding, which dynamically depict the activities of anthropomorphic animals and people in a single color, will be exhibited at once throughout the session, and will be separated from the previous four volumes. In addition, a number of models that retain the scenes that have already been lost in the original will be gathered.
At the same time, in this exhibition, we will approach the charm of Myoe Shonin with treasures such as the important cultural property "Myoe Shonin Zodiac", which is not usually seen as a secret Buddha, and introduce the famous treasures selected by Kosanji Temple.
