Details | Edo was hit by many big fires, including the Furisode Fire (1657). As a countermeasure, the bright ground = fire extinguishing ground to prevent the spread of fire was established. However, the common people turn it into a red-light district. You can see the fun of Edo and the strength of the common people of Edo. |
