DetailsOn March 3rd, 1670 years ago, Wang Xizhi invited celebrities to Lanting for a banquet. Sit on either side of the river and compose a poem before the cups wash up from upstream. The preface to the collection of poems written by Wang Xizhi at this time is Ranteijo. This elegant event was later held in Japan as well.
In commemoration of the 20th joint project with the Tokyo National Museum, we will introduce the calligraphy and paintings related to the Rantei, as well as the masterpieces of Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi, focusing on the Ranteijo, which was featured in the first joint project, and convey the charm of Wang Xizhi.
