DetailsMayako Ozawa uses traditional kneading techniques to create vessels that are as dynamic as the wings of birds soaring through the sky.
Kuniko Kinoto uses ceramics to create beautiful "stones" that seem to exist in nature but don't.
Nobuko Soda melts brass into glass, creating a lyrical world with floating bubbles and blue hues.
Hinako Kumita, who expresses "pre-verbal emotions" in her vessels, uses soft colors to express the feeling of looking up at the sky.
We commissioned CRFTMAN-YO, who creates emotive art panels using Japanese paper and other materials, to create a new style of sake tray. Enjoy pairing it with your sake!
Five artists have expressed the "sky." Come and find your favorite sky.
