| Details | The 23rd joint project between the Tokyo National Museum and the Taito City Calligraphy Museum focuses on the turbulent period at the end of the Ming and beginning of the Qing dynasty. The Badai Shanren were members of the Ming dynasty's royal family who resisted the Qing and remained loyal to the Ming. This exhibition will feature a number of masterpieces that vividly reflect the lives of people who lived turbulent lives during this turbulent period. |
