The space's maximum capacity is 80 people (standing), which makes it perfect for seminars, company information sessions and workshops. The open kitchen with a bar counter also makes Iioffice an ideal venue for cooking events and photo shoots, with well-stocked cooking equipment and tableware. The space has also been used for TV dramas, variety shows, and still camera shoots. | Rental Space Information | [Size of Facility] Approximately 90 ㎡. Seating capacity 50, standing capacity 80. [Rental Fees] Full floor: ¥23,000, Half floor: ¥15,000 (Kitchen area: an additional ¥3,000) 10% off rental fees on weekdays from Monday to Thursday. [Facilities and Surroundings] Wi-Fi, power source, tables, chairs, projector, screen, restroom, whiteboard, microphone, kitchen [Rental Terms and Conditions] ・The space is not available to rent for parties alone. ・Iioffice is partially rented out as coworking spaces. Therefore there will be office users passing by during the event. ・We ask you to clean the rented area after the event. ・Iioffice is a nonsmoking facility. ・Please restore any layout changes to its original settings. ・Please do not leave anything brought in behind. ・Garbage will be disposed of by Iioffice, however, there will be a fee of ¥500 for each 70-liter garbage bag. ・A tour of the facility is required to rent the space. |
