Revived temple’s hall in vivid color

 Kiyomizukan’nondou Temple survived the war damage, but the long years of burning incense made the inside of the temple darken. The vivid contrast of red, black, and gold was brought back to life by the reconstruction done in 1990.


The Jyuni-shinshou statures(The twelve divine generals)
Other than Kosodate Kanzeon Bosatsu, the Jyuni-shinshou statues(The twelve divine generals) is enshrined beside the Senjyu Kanzeon Bosatsu protecting the principal.
 

Dolls for a memorial service
The Kosodate Kanzeon Bosatsu enshrined to the right became the place to memorial service daily deeply attached dolls, as people who wished for blessing of children, easy birth, and children’s care left many dolls as showing gratitude. A memorial service for dolls is done on the 17th of each month and every 25th of September. The stone monument of memorial service of for dolls is built under the Kiyomizukan’nondou Temple.
